The upstairs is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home occasionally occupied by the owners and available for rent for the 2009/2010 season.

From your private second floor home you will enjoy a birds' eye view of the ocean, the wildlife and the amazing sunsets.

The concept is open and functional. An island style kitchen is fully equipped for all your dining needs.

Tastefully decorated, you will enjoy the murals; the warm colours; the knick knacks; the handpainted talavera tiles; and of course the view.

The balcony is our favorite part of the house! Covered with a beautiful palapa, picture yourself in the mornings as the sun rises and your coffee in hand; taking afternoon naps (siestas) in the authentic yucatan hammock you picked up at the market; entertaining family and friends; romantic interludes at sunset against the backdrop of a orange and pink sky. The possibilities are endless.
